Mothering is one of those jobs that before you were there, you use to kindly say that it is a "full time" job, but you really didn't think so.....! Or at least maybe I didn't. I am sorry and I have repented. Mothering is a full time job! There is always something, and if it is not something that is happening that second, it is something that should be happening to help improve your child's welfare.
Do not get me wrong, I love Luke, and I am joyfully looking forward to Abel. And sickly, I want a big family. But that doesn't mean, I am not exhausted. That being said I wanted to share what the Lord has been showing me lately.
Galatians 5:1-It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery." Amen! The Lord has been kindly showing me how worrying about other's opinions and worrying about all the details of life is an unnecessary yoke. That the Lord is easy and light. The Lord has been showing me recently just to be. He will take care of the rest. I just need to be in Him, and He will do the rest. Trust Him. How peaceful!
I am grateful for this quiet moment to blog, and give God all the glory for peace. He is truly the only life giving outlet for it.
And here are some pics. for the road!
1. This is 19 weeks ( I am 22 weeks now and larger)
2. Luke playing in the leaves at his aunt and uncle's house!
3. Just too cute, not to post!
